This has become a breakfast staple in my house. (super healthy too!)
1/4 cup of McCann’s Irish Steel Cut Oats ( I get the kind that’s ready in 5 mins)
3/4 cup of So Delicious Coconut Milk
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoons of UnSweetened Apple Sauce
a few walnuts, craisens, and blueberries
(sometimes brown sugar and butter- if I don’t mind the extra cals)
- bring the coconut milk to a boil
- stir in oats, apple sauce, chia seeds, (butter and sugar)
- reduce heat and let simmer for 5-7 min, stirring frequently
- top with craisens, blueberries, and nuts
SO filling and SO good for you!!
